The Vols traveled to Liberty University this past weekend to begin the 2011-2012 season in SEC league play. A few changes to the conference worth noting, Virgina Tech has moved from Class A to AA, and Alabama plans to join the SEC in the early spring of 2012.
UT begins this season much the same as last season with a 2-2 record. The Vols bested Kennesaw State 2 times and fell to LU 2 times (scores/pictures still being updated).
Due to cold weather this will be the only event in the fall and the Vols will begin again in the early spring with 2 more conference events, all before Nationals in mid-April.
